Whether you are starting fresh or needing help getting back into the gym, you will be supported every step of the way. Everyone's bodies and goals are different, while one person may want to lose weight or learn self defence others may want to build muscle and strength or just simply tone up. There are many areas of fitness you can focus on at R.A.W. PT such as strength-based training, weight loss, boxing/fitness, body sculpting, pre and post natal pregnancy, core strength, and cardio. Or if you feel like smashing it all out, let's go for a full body circuit. This means that the client can train in a variety of ways to ensure their goal is met in an exciting and motivating way. Take your pick!
The sessions are based at Top Fitness Gym in Glen Waverley, however for client convenience and comfort there are also mobile service options available whether it be training at a local park or in the backyard of your home.
